I've never worked with a designer, what is all about?
After you decide you need a designer you should get in touch and ask for cost and time estimate on your project. If we agree on time and cost I can start working on your project after an 50% advance down payment is payed. Then I'll send a brief that needs to be filled and after I collect all the necessary data and I can start creating the first designs. Constant feedback is important to assure that the design is meeting all the asked requirements.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Graphic Design is an investment for your business. Now-days high quality visual communication is very important as it's helps you to differentiate from your competitors and promote your business.
Depending on the project and it's complexity prices can vary and we can establish a price for the hole project or by hour. Get in touch if you want to know my hourly rates for graphic design or desktop publishing. A project can take from 3-4 hours up to 30-40, depending on the complexity and amount of materials.
How long will the project take to complete?
Time frames vary from two weeks up to one or two months or more. It all depends on the amount of materials and their complexity. Quality design can not be achieved in one day, it's important to develop something new, fresh and that relates to your costumers.
Can you start right away?
It’s possible, but it depends on the available time I have. To deliver quality design is my no.1 priority so if I'm over booked I might not be able to start immediately. Get in touch to know more.
What file types do you provide?
I can provide files for all media and this should be discusses from the beginning of the project. There are some web files that can not be easily adapted for printing also so is best to clarify things from the beginning.
You’re in a different country. Will this affect the project workflow?
The majority of my clients are from outside Romania, this hasn't affected any of my projects. And as much as I enjoy meeting with clients, communication via telephone and email can save a lot of time.
How do you accept payment?
For most projects I request a 50% down-payment prior to scheduling the work. This is payable by via bank transfer or PayPal. Details are included in my invoice, and the remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to supply of original artwork.
